The vineyards are also influenced by southerly breezes during the summer months which has a beneficial effect. Further parcels of fruit are sourced from complementary sites within the Stellenbosch area.

The Vineyards
Trellised vineyards with supplementary irrigation grown on mainly decomposed granite soils.
