Sale
of wine to minors
The sale of wine to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited by South
African law. By using our online ordering facility, you affirm that you
are 18 years of age or older. The person to whom the wine is being delivered
must also be 18 years of age or older and proof of age and identification
may be requested at the time of delivery. In the case of international
delivery, you accept responsibility to follow the laws of your country.
Security
The importance of security for user's personal information is of extreme
importance to us. We exercise great care in providing a secure transaction
environment. Our shop makes use of the M-Web "safeshop" system to ensure
quality and security. The transaction is online with the bank and we do
not receive any of the details. In spite of this, no data transmission
over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, Neil
Ellis Wines cannot warrant or ensure the security of any information you
transmit to, and you do so at your own risk.
Privacy
Neil Ellis Wines respects your right to privacy. The personal information
you provide will not be sold to or be otherwise made available to third
parties for commercial purposes.
