Made exclusively from grapes grown in Jonkershoek Valley vineyards. Top vineyard blocks were identified and specially treated. This wine has been handcrafted from harvest, through maturation and vinification. Fine oak flavours from barrel-aging in French-oak for 22 months are well integrated with ripe cassis, blackberry and minty hints, producing an unusually intense, complex wine.
