Harvest date: Harvest commenced on the 3rd of February 2001 and carried through to the 14th of March 2001.
Yield: 4.2 tons/ha or 25 hl/ha
Harvest statistics: Harvested between 22.8şB to 25.4şB

Vinification: 100% Barrel fermented, using 30% new and the balance in 2nd and 3rd fill French oak. 50% Malolactic fermentation.
Maturation: 9 Months in the same barrels in which the wine fermented. Lees stirring (batonage) every four weeks.
Analysis: Alcohol 13.5 Vol percent
Residual sugar 2.0 g/litre
TA 6.2 g/litre
pH 3.35
Tasting note: Attractive green tints. Tight lemony/lime aromas with a touch of vanilla. Tight focussed palate with citrussy fruit and an elegant long finish.
