| Vinification: |
The juice was handled reductuvely and left to settle for 3 days after which it was racked and inoculated to ferment at low temperatures. 30% of the wine was fermented in French oak barrels whilst 70% fermented in tank. Both components were left on the lees for 8 months prior to bottling. |

Pale to medium straw with vibrant green hues. Good intensity , ripe fruit, apple and ripe lemon, rich but refined flavours. |
