Harvest stats: Grapes harvested at 22.5şB;
Total Acid 7.0 g/litre;

Vinification: 100% Barrel fermented, using 50% new and the balance in one-year old French oak. (500 litre Barrels)
Maturation: 9 Months in the same barrels in which the wine fermented. 100% Lees stirring (Batonage), every week.
Bottled: Bottled in December 2007
Analysis: Alcohol 13.0 percent;
Residual Sugar 1.5 g/litre;
Total Acid 6.3 g/litre;
pH 3.3
Tasting note: Light goldish green. Very youthful lime/ lemon aromas and some subdued oak. Pleasing ripe melon/ tropical fruit flavours, restrained mineral edge with excellent length and elegance.
