Constantia Fresh Sauvignon Blanc Festival

The third annual Constantia Fresh festival once again explores the distinctiveness and freshness of the ‘wild white’ grape, Sauvignon Blanc. Saturday 25th February’s big event will have wine enthusiasts wandering about the lawns of Buitenverwachting sampling South Africa’s finest Sauvignon Blancs paired with canapés made by five of South Africa’s most celebrated chefs attending the event: Bertus Basson (Overture Restaurant), Peter Tempelhoff (The Greenhouse), Edgar Osojnik (Buitenverwachting), Vanessa Marx (Dear Me) and Harald Bresselschmidt (Aubergine).
