Winery

The new winery and tasting room, built in 2010, houses Neil Ellis Wines’ sales, marketing and administration. The production facilities will soon follow.

At this stage, the facilities at the Oude Nektar Winery are still responsible for the entire production process. The winery has its own crushpad, fermentation room, barrel maturation cellar as well as stabilisation and bottling facilities giving us full control of every aspect of the winemaking process.
